Céline & NicolasThe founders
Having lived in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific and traveled in the Americas and Central Asia, these travel lovers plan to go and live aboard their sailboat. While waiting for their own departure, Céline and Nicolas created Grand Voyage Ready to help others live their dreams.
Alex & JulieThe adventurers
For 30 years, Alex has been sailing the world, taking part in regattas and in many legs of the French Sailing Cup. Alex and Julie are setting off as a family for a year aboard their catamaran Hermès… Pure happiness, and a few surprises!
RomThe engine specialist
Rom is a specialist in engines of all kinds. He regularly works on pleasure and professional vessels, as well as on offshore platforms. He is the one who services and prepares the fleet’s engines before each departure.
MarcThe trainer
Marc, managing director of Infornav, has been our partner since the very beginning of the project. It was with him that we did our sea-safety course. A former Paris firefighter, Marc takes safety to the highest level. He has sailed every ocean and has trained many sailors before their long-distance departures.
BaptistouThe adventurer
Baptistou is an adventurer, inventor, enthusiast, speaker and, above all, someone who enchants the world. Through his talks and educational workshops, he shares his adventures in Antarctica, under the sea and very high in the sky (a world record!). Feel free to support his project “Des ailes pour la planète” (Wings for the Planet).
MaxThe weather router
Max supports crews with weather and routing: choosing departure windows, crossing strategy and remote monitoring during the passage.
